About The Position

We are building an AI-native workspace designed to make large-scale AI agent orchestration accessible to enterprise users. The platform enables knowledge workers to automate complex workflows, run thousands of AI agents concurrently, and scale repeatable workflows with a simple, intuitive interface. Founded in 2024, the company is an early-stage, venture-backed AI startup with a small, highly technical team. The team is approximately 10 people and includes builders with backgrounds at leading technology and financial institutions. The company operates with a high-ownership, in-person culture where team members are expected to move quickly, take initiative, and contribute across multiple areas of the business. The product sits at the intersection of AI/ML agents, enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, and spreadsheet-based productivity. Its infrastructure is designed to orchestrate massive numbers of concurrent agents, interact with LLM providers, and reliably process large volumes of data and tokens. This is an opportunity to join at a very early stage and play a critical role in turning early enterprise customer deployments into a repeatable, scalable motion.
