About The Position
Ropes is building a new way for companies to hire talent, starting with anti-fraud technology and better skill-based interviews. We help staffing and recruiting firms fight fraud, identify top talent, and confidently market that talent to Fortune 500 companies and the top employers in the world. We are a talent-dense, capable team of 10 from Penn, Stanford, Waterloo, Retool, MongoDB, and top tech companies with seed-stage headcount and Series A-type metrics. We are well-capitalized with a $3.1M seed round led by GSV Ventures & Boxgroup with angels from OpenAI, SpaceX, Retool, and more. We have flown past 7 figures in revenue, with dozens of enterprise staffing customers - including the largest staffing firm in the world. Our customers are the premier firms of the $600B+ staffing industry, and we're working to reinvent how that market operates from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or growth/ops/customer success at an early-stage technology company
- A technical background (CS, Math, or similar degree) and are comfortable working closely with engineering teams
- You don't wait for answers - you hunt them down. When context is missing, you dig through Gong calls, Slack threads, and customer data until you find it, then synthesize it into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Own the success of flagship enterprise accounts, tracking performance milestones, and building deep relationships from end users to executives
- Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and GTM to ensure customer issues get the right prioritization and urgency
- Build the playbooks and processes that will scale our key functions as the company grows from 6 to 30+ people
