About The Position

This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role designed for someone who can take ownership across finance, operations, and strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build scalable systems, analyze data, and help drive growth at a critical early stage.

Requirements

• Graduate from a top U.S. university (e.g., Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, etc.)
• Strong academic track record
• 2–6 years total experience in: Investment banking (2+ years) at a Tier-1 firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, etc.)
• Startup BizOps/Finance/Strategy (1–4 years) in a high-growth or early-stage environment
• Advanced financial modeling & accounting principles
• SQL and strong data analysis skills
• Experience creating pitch decks and fundraising collateral
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling ambiguity
• Strong written communication and ownership mindset
• Low ego, intellectually curious, critical thinker
• Fast executor with a strong sense of accountability
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup setting

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and revenue forecasts
• Analyze gross vs. net revenue, cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets
• Own A/P and A/R workflows, vendor management, and financial reporting
• Write SQL to answer operational and strategic questions
• Collaborate with product/data teams to generate insights from raw data
• Optimize business performance using real-time metrics
• Work with external legal counsel on contracts and regulatory needs
• Ensure compliance across financial and operational functions
• Partner with the CEO to prepare pitch decks and due diligence materials
• Manage investor communications and ongoing updates
• Identify high-leverage operational initiatives and own them end-to-end
• Implement scalable systems and drive cross-functional project
