About The Position

Complete Homecare is launching a new outpatient mental health program across the US and is seeking Founding Behavioral Health Program Directors to build and launch the program from scratch. This is a startup leadership role for a licensed clinician who wants the opportunity to design and build a new behavioral health program. You will work with the leadership team of an established multi-state healthcare organization, but you will lead the development and launch of your state's program.

Requirements

• Active state LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (must be licensed in the state you wish to work in)
• 3+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with behavioral health program development or Medicaid compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a new outpatient mental health program.
• Assist with state licensing and regulatory approvals.
• Develop clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.
• Hire and supervise licensed therapists.
• Establish Medicaid and commercial payer compliance.
• Build the clinical team and program structure.
• Launch the clinic and oversee operations.
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload while directing the program.
