About The Position

Corridor’s Engineering, Product & Design team builds the platform behind everything we do: the agentic systems that analyze markets and produce optimal recommendations, the infrastructure that implements coverage across employers, carriers, and employees, and the service layer that keeps every client supported year-round. As an AI Product Manager, you’ll join a small, top-tier team where product is directly wired into the delivery of real concierge for real businesses. The best product work here starts with getting closer to the problem than anyone else. You’ll be a technical, product-minded owner of business outcomes. You’ll shape the roadmap for our AI systems and orchestrate the agents that deliver client service at scale — and you’ll do whatever it takes to make those outcomes happen.

Requirements

A demonstrated history of setting ambitious goals and achieving them — in school, in your career, in whatever you’ve taken on
Experience as a product manager, forward-deployed engineer, founder, or consultant in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Rigorous problem breakdown, relentless follow-through on a high volume of work, and a strong point of view
You learn extremely fast, run great experiments, and capture learnings so the whole team compounds
Motivated by tangible impact: not “I did a thing,” but “I built a thing, managed its deployment at scale, and it benefited hundreds of thousands of people”

Responsibilities

Building the workflows that implement healthcare coverage end-to-end — from client data collection through carrier submission to payroll sync — reliably and at scale
Defining how our AI handles the long tail of ongoing client service: what gets automated, what gets escalated, and how quality stays high as volume grows
Answering the architectural questions that make service scalable: what should be an agent, what should be deterministic, what interfaces clients interact with, and how data flows through our systems
Prototyping fast — defining agent prompts and skills, standing up workflows with AI coding tools, and proving concepts before engineering hardens them
Own business outcomes end-to-end, from first concept through deployment and adoption at scale
Shape the product roadmap by identifying the highest-impact systems we can build next
Orchestrate AI agents to deliver exceptional client service across recommendations, implementation, and ongoing support
Translate deep understanding of client problems into clear specs, then partner with engineering to bring them to life
Build the dashboards, operational plans, and processes that keep high-volume delivery on track — especially through open enrollment, our Super Bowl
