About The Position

You will Own the post-sale journey for accounting firms from onboarding through activation, expansion and renewal Become a product expert and help accountants use Kick effectively, guiding them through trial, activation and expansion phases Design repeatable processes across the entire accountant lifecycle: education, adoption, growth and advocacy Work with the CEO and Head of Growth to define and build a repeatable customer growth playbook Track and optimize key metrics like activation rates, net revenue retention and expansion velocity Act as the voice of the accountant and provide clear, structured feedback to the Product, Engineering and AI teams We're looking for someone who Proven 3-5+ years track record of managing customer relationships and driving post-sale outcomes in SaaS Startup experience; you take ownership and do your best work in a fast-paced and adaptive environment Experience working with and supporting a technical audience; bonus if you have previous experience working with accountants or finance Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Requirements

  • Advanced technical qualifications or experience (e.g. CPA, EA, Tax LLM)
  • Empathy for entrepreneurs through experience as a founder or being self-employed
