This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of a high-growth company and learn how one is really built, from the inside. You'll work directly with the founders, picking up whatever the business needs most that week: pulling together a board deck, digging into a sales metric, untangling a hiring process, or jumping into a customer escalation. There is no fixed lane. If something matters to the company and doesn't have an owner yet, it's yours. This role is built for someone early in their career who wants to compress years of learning into months. Requirements

1+ years of experience at a fast-growing startup, VC firm, or similarly high-intensity environment.
A bias toward action. You don't wait for a perfect brief; you figure it out and move.
Exceptional attention to detail. You catch what others miss, and nothing slips on your watch.
A genuine grinder's work ethic, no ego about the work it takes to win, and high ambition.
A deep sense of mission, trustworthiness, and discretion.
Excellent written and spoken English, and a proactive communication style.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders on their highest-priority projects, day to day and week to week.
Own discrete projects across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring, start to finish.
Do the research, analysis, and prep work behind major decisions, from board materials to hiring plans to go-to-market.
Pick up urgent, undefined tasks with no clear owner, and get them done without hand-holding.
Handle the operational and admin work that keeps the company running smoothly.
Own follow-ups and coordination so nothing falls through the cracks, and flag issues before they become problems.
