About The Position

Risely is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders to manage the company's operations. This role involves taking the operational aspects of an early-stage startup and ensuring they function smoothly. The Associate will be responsible for internal processes, data, tools, follow-ups, and ongoing projects, acting as the company's operating system while founders focus on customer calls, hiring, fundraising, and product development. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, switch contexts quickly, and drive projects to completion.

Requirements

  • An operator at heart, with an instinct to clean up, document, and automate chaotic processes.
  • Master of time management, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize ruthlessly, switch context quickly, and protect time for important work.
  • Proficiency in building with Python, SQL, APIs, and scripts.
  • Experience shipping real code.
  • AI-native, with experience building with tools like Claude or Cursor and an understanding of agent leverage.
  • Sharp writing skills for memos, recaps, internal documents, and customer emails.
  • Naturally organized with the ability to find notes and complete commitments.
  • 0-2 years out of school.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage internal operations, including vendors, contracts, hiring logistics, finance operations, and the back office.
  • Build internal tools and agents using Python and TypeScript to automate manual processes such as CRM hygiene, prospect research, reporting, and internal workflows.
  • Own strategic projects end-to-end, including market research, competitive analysis, hiring sprints, vendor evaluations, and special founder-driven projects.
  • Maintain company organization through Notion hygiene, project tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Support customer launches by coordinating integration timelines, tracking internal handoffs, and preparing for go-live.
  • Support sales execution by conducting pipeline research, managing prospect outreach, handling deal follow-ups, building proposals, and preparing for customer meetings and conferences.
  • Ensure customer success post-launch by monitoring value realization, flagging issues, and managing the operational aspects of customer relationships.
  • Act as a second pair of eyes to catch overlooked details, finalize deliverables, and manage loose ends.
