Founder's Associate
About The Position
This role involves working directly with the CEO to assist in operating the infrastructure of the company. Key areas of focus include recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management. The position will also be responsible for running the clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). A significant aspect of the role is to take work off the CEO's plate and to raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
Requirements
- You've built something from scratch: a startup, a product, or a major initiative with real outcomes.
- Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast.
- Strong technical literacy.
- Humility, hunger, and intelligence.
