Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
3.3 GPA minimum.
Offer is contingent upon completion of bachelor’s degree, successful background screening, and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte office.
At this time, for our early career program positions, we’re unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future.
You will be responsible for obtaining and providing LPL the required I-9 documentation as part of our onboarding process.
Positions offered are for full-time work at 40 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

All majors are considered, but finance and accounting majors are preferred.
3.5 GPA or higher.
Strong computer technical skills and proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Rotate through three different teams and build crucial skills in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate strategy.
Develop a thorough understanding of LPL’s business and the wealth management industry.
Build strong technical skills, while also learning professional competencies, such as collaboration and relationship management.
Gain exposure to our Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance leadership teams.
Meet regularly with your dedicated program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing network of professionals.
