About The Position

Foundation Repair Crew Member Position Summary Assists with foundation repair, concrete leveling, waterproofing, crawl space, excavation, and structural stabilization projects on residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Works alongside an experienced crew to complete physically demanding construction work safely and efficiently while learning foundation repair systems, equipment operation, and waterproofing techniques.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to meet insurance standards for driving company vehicles and access military/commercial job sites
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
  • Ability to lift and carry 75–100+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in all weather conditions
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and digging
  • Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and confined areas
  • Ability to safely operate jackhammers, power tools, and construction equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods
  • Must have physical strength, balance, stamina, and hand-eye coordination necessary to complete demanding construction tasks
  • Ability to climb ladders and multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials and equipment
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to dirt, dust, mud, moisture, noise, and extreme temperatures
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday

  • Prior construction, foundation repair, leveling, waterproofing, or welding experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with foundation repair, concrete leveling waterproofing, crawl space,, leveling and structural stabilization projects
  • Perform excavation, digging, lifting, and jobsite preparation work
  • Assist with installation of push piers, helical piers, supports, drainage systems, sump pumps, encapsulation systems, and waterproofing solutions
  • Work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and confined areas underneath homes and structures
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, jackhammers, and assist with equipment setup and cleanup
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and construction equipment
  • Work alongside experienced crew members and foremen to learn foundation repair techniques and jobsite safety
  • Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and customers onsite
