The Foundation Relations Coordinator position exists to perform project management, data analysis, reporting, research, and administrative duties. Focus on the Family is a 501c3 Christian Non-Profit Ministry headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with nearly 700 employees dedicated to enriching families, engaging culture, advocating for life, and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred in related field
• Project management experience preferred
• Proficient in computer programs
• Experience using Salesforce, Monday.com, or project management software
• Strong analytical skills to extract, verify, and draw conclusions from data
• Detailed-oriented
• Ability to deal in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; flexible
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and research skills
• Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task; flexible with time management; be able to change tasks as needed
• Emotionally resilient and capable of handling pressure with an appropriately cheerful attitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinates foundation pipeline, ensuring all deadlines are met on time
• Maintains quality of constituent data in the Salesforce database
• Coordinates mailing projects through project management software
• Prepares letters of inquiry for mailings
• Provides administrative support to the Manager of Foundation Relations
• Generates reports for foundations
• Reports on all foundation activities
• Researches potential foundation funding sources
• Performs other duties as assigned
