About The Position

We are seeking a proven Program Manager who thrives in high-accountability, mission-driven environments and brings operational rigor, emotional intelligence, and disciplined execution to every program they oversee. This role is responsible for the end-to-end success of the Foundation’s eight global programs, including research, development, implementation, administration, budgeting, record keeping, statistics tracking, and continuous improvement. In addition, this role supports fundraising efforts and represents the Foundation at major Tony Robbins events worldwide. The right candidate is a professionally well-rounded leader who can manage complex programs at scale, communicate across diverse populations, balance competing priorities, and serve as a trusted steward of the Foundation’s mission, resources, and donor relationships. This role requires daily multitasking, high-volume workflow management, and strong operational judgment in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, administration, budgeting, reporting, and success of the Foundation’s eight global programs
  • Own the full execution of the Foundation’s annual summer teen leadership conference (virtual or in-person)
  • Lead all event management, logistics, registration, applications, and customer service
  • Oversee 300+ teens and 80+ volunteers for a five-day residential program
  • Manage event operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site execution
  • Serve as primary event owner from December through August
  • Manage program budgets, reporting, and operational records
  • Ensure exceptional participant, parent, and volunteer experience
  • Own the youth leadership experience at all UPW events (virtual and in-person)
  • Manage applications, registration, and on-site execution
  • Deliver 3–5 programs annually
  • Coordinate youth logistics, communications, and support
  • Maintain program records and reporting
  • Manage 500+ annual grant and donation inquiries
  • Conduct due diligence and background research
  • Maintain detailed records and application tracking
  • Prepare funding recommendations for leadership and Board
  • Provide reporting and stakeholder updates
  • Manage correspondence with applicants and partner organizations
  • Support and coordinate 1,500+ global volunteers
  • Lead outreach, recruitment, and engagement efforts
  • Provide operational support and resources to volunteer coordinators
  • Manage communications and program logistics
  • Track participation and program outcomes
  • Manage recruitment goals and scholarship pipeline
  • Interview and select scholarship recipients
  • Maintain application systems and reporting
  • Coordinate communications with applicants
  • Manage curriculum distribution and correspondence
  • Support correctional facilities and program participants

  • Recruit, train, and manage Foundation volunteers
  • Maintain active volunteer roster and retention programs
  • Identify internal organizational volunteer needs
  • Train and oversee volunteers at live events

  • Conduct research and redevelopment of program
  • Support program relaunch and growth strategy
  • Travel to domestic and international Tony Robbins seminars
  • Fundraise on behalf of the Foundation
  • Manage Foundation event booth and volunteer teams
  • Present and speak to corporate and volunteer audiences
  • Manage cash handling, accounting, and loss prevention
  • Track donations and competition performance
  • Provide donation reporting and reconciliation
  • Support extended event hours including evenings and weekends
