About The Position

Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, home to a vibrant campus and a strong culture of philanthropy and resident engagement. Our Foundation plays a key role in supporting programs, scholarships, and community initiatives. We are seeking a Foundation Program Assistant to provide organization, coordination, and support across fundraising, events, and donor engagement activities.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in event planning, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business applications.
Detail-oriented, service-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of nonprofit operations, fundraising, or donor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Foundation operations through event planning, fundraising activities, donor stewardship, and community engagement initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors meetings, events, and donor experiences while staying within established budgets.
Maintain donor records by accurately tracking donations, pledges, and communications in the donor database.
Develop donor communications including acknowledgements, program updates, and engagement materials to enhance the giving experience.
Recruit, train, and support resident volunteers and assist with recognition programs and Foundation initiatives.
