About The Position

Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregon’s premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, home to a vibrant campus and a strong culture of philanthropy and resident engagement. Our Foundation plays a key role in supporting programs, scholarships, and community initiatives. We are seeking a Foundation Program Assistant to provide organization, coordination, and support across fundraising, events, and donor engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in event planning, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business applications.
  • Detail-oriented, service-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality in a professional setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of nonprofit operations, fundraising, or donor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Foundation operations through event planning, fundraising activities, donor stewardship, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors meetings, events, and donor experiences while staying within established budgets.
  • Maintain donor records by accurately tracking donations, pledges, and communications in the donor database.
  • Develop donor communications including acknowledgements, program updates, and engagement materials to enhance the giving experience.
  • Recruit, train, and support resident volunteers and assist with recognition programs and Foundation initiatives.
