About The Position

Responsible for gift entry, maintaining and reconciling records, creating events and registrations, report generation, importing and exporting. Interface with other departments on key constituent data to ensure data remains current. Establishes and maintains positive and productive relationships with donor families, volunteers and employees, stakeholders, community organizations and businesses. Provides support to the department. Must be available for week night and weekend events. Responsible for individual compliance with all Network programs and policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Database experience required.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT,CPT,STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college education preferred.
  • Two to four years of work experience within a non-profit or for-profit organization preferred.
  • Blackbaud products including Raiser’s Edge and Sphere preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gift entry, maintaining and reconciling records, creating events and registrations, report generation, importing and exporting data.
  • Interface with other departments on key constituent data to ensure data remains current.
  • Collaborates with the Finance Department to ensure the reconciliation of gift entries and contributor records.
  • Maintains high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provides general office assistance for the Foundation staff, board, programs and events.
  • Assists with programs and special events.
  • Participates in department events and programs as directed.
  • Establishes and maintains positive and productive relationships with donor families, volunteers, employees, stakeholders, community organizations and businesses.
