About The Position

Average hourly rate is $23.69 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join their dedicated team. This role involves supporting children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Responsibilities include teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. The Foster Care Worker will collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care. The company provides comprehensive training to help individuals excel in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification.
  • Master’s degree in social work or a related discipline is required if supervision is not available.
