About The Position

Then Texas Family Initiative has the perfect opportunity for you! As a Foster Care Worker, you will support children and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments. You will teach families vital skills such as emotion regulation, building healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You will also collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance for them and the children in their care.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
• Compassion, eagerness to learn, and a passion for advocating for children and families are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Two years' experience in child and family services preferred.
