About The Position

Average hourly rate is $23.69 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join their dedicated team. A bachelor’s degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification. If such supervision is not available, a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline is required. Comprehensive training is provided to help you excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments.
• Teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care.
