About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join their dedicated team. The Foster Care Worker will collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification.
  • Master’s degree in social work or a related discipline is required if supervision is not available.
  • Compassionate and eager to learn.
  • Enthusiastic about helping families build on their strengths and connect with community resources.
  • Strong commitment to advocating for children and families and fostering their growth and well-being.
  • Passionate about developing healthy families and dedicated to providing exceptional support and advocacy.
