About The Position

Adelphoi is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to join our foster care program in Huntingdon, PA. As part of a team with over 30 years of combined experience, you’ll provide essential support to youth and families, helping them grow in resilience and create a brighter future. For over 50 years, Adelphoi has partnered with local agencies and the juvenile justice system to deliver outcome-based services that empower at-risk youth. Headquartered in Latrobe, PA, our team of more than 700 professionals provides residential, community, and educational services to youth in need. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services field or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare field
Valid driver's license and car insurance
FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances (agency assistance provided)

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional, intellectual, and social growth
Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations
Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families
