About The Position

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Forwarding Supervisor for the MVTrac team. This remote position requires 10% travel and involves managing a team of Forwarding representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing support staff, including customer service, pre-recovery processing, and escalated account scenarios. The role requires a well-rounded, flexible, and driven individual committed to excellence in recovery services. The Supervisor will oversee account assignments, client requests, and staff productivity, ensuring adherence to MVTrac's Account Movement Strategy Protocol.

Requirements

2+ years experience in business management
Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol.
Documenting and processing client requests.
Track each staff members daily productivity and provide coaching as needed.
Review Fee requests for accuracy and submission to lender.
