Forwarding Account Representative - Dallas Office
About The Position
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Forwarding Account Representative for their Dallas office. This role is part of the SCM division, which focuses on Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip, and Impound services for lenders and repossession agents. The Forwarding Account Representative will assist Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with a network of contracted agents. This is an office-based position, not remote, requiring regular communication with banks and agents. The role demands strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with multiple computer monitors, inbound/outbound calls, and entry-level data entry.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Ability to use multiple computer monitors.
- Entry level data entry skills.
- Strong computer skills and internet savvy.
- Experience using Google Suite applications.
- Strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Minimum 2 year customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities
- Assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents.
- Regular communication with banks and agents in the field.
- Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.
- Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software).
- Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities.
- Manage the repossession process for bank clients.
- Work closely with bank employees.
- Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues.
- Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email.
