Forwarding Account Representative - Dallas Office
About The Position
Motorola Solutions' SCM division is seeking a Forwarding Account Representative to assist Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with their network of contracted agents. This role involves regular communication with banks and agents, but is not a collections or sales position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to use multiple computer monitors, handle inbound/outbound calls, and perform data entry. This is an office-based position, not remote, requiring full-time commitment.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.

- Entry level data entry skills.
- Strong computer skills and internet savvy.
- Experience using Google Suite applications.
- Strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Minimum 2 year customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents.
- Communicate regularly with banks and agents in the field.
- Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.
- Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software).
- Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities.
- Manage the repossession process for bank clients.
- Work closely with bank employees.
- Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues.
- Interact with business clients via phone/email.
