About The Position

Motorola Solutions' SCM division is seeking a Forwarding Account Representative to assist Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with their network of contracted agents. This is an on-site position in Dallas, Texas, requiring work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. The role involves regular communication with banks and agents, but is not a collections or sales position. Candidates must be proficient with multiple computer monitors, inbound/outbound calls, and possess entry-level data entry skills. The position is full-time, with standard business hours available after training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Ability to use multiple computer monitors.
  • Proficiency with inbound/outbound calls.
  • Entry level data entry skills.
  • Strong computer skills and internet savvy.
  • Experience using Google Suite applications.
  • Strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents.
  • Communicate regularly with banks and agents in the field.
  • Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.
  • Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software).
  • Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities.
  • Manage the repossession process for bank clients.
  • Work closely with bank employees.
  • Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues.
  • Interact with business clients via phone/email.
