About The Position

Hyro, a leader in Responsible AI Agents for Healthcare, is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to embed with strategic health-system customers. The role focuses on ensuring successful adoption and expansion of Hyro's AI agents, moving beyond initial deployment to a full, measurable AI program. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and change management skills to drive value and prove impact to leadership. The strategist will be instrumental in developing the playbook for this new function within Hyro.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role such as product management, solutions engineering or pre-sales, or technical consulting.
  • Experience serving US healthcare or health-system customers is ideal.
  • Solid grasp of enterprise AI systems, APIs, cloud technologies, or deployment architectures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and explain technical concepts to executives.
  • A product mindset with the ability to articulate the value of specific capabilities to users and workflows.
  • Proven track record of building trust quickly and influencing stakeholders to adopt solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites regularly (approximately 25%).
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Experience at a healthtech company or with health-system customers.
  • Hands-on experience with ML, AI, or NLU products.

Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with a portfolio of strategic health-system accounts, acting as the dedicated, embedded expert and primary point of contact for leadership.
  • Own each client's roadmap from core package implementation to advanced capabilities, conducting demos and working sessions for diverse stakeholders from frontline staff to the C-suite.
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into actionable deployment plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks, such as stalling adoption or at-risk signals, before they become significant problems.
