•$165,000 - $185,000

About The Position

The Forward Deployed Mission Engagement Lead embeds with U.S. military customers across the country as part of a mission team of engineers and other mission leads. The role deploys AI-enabled software against challenging military and national security problems, working alongside service members and civilian operators to understand their missions, identify concrete mission hypotheses, test workflows in the product, and onboard users when workflows prove useful. This is a hands-on field role involving configuring workflows, testing new releases, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with product and engineering to improve software for operational users. It requires persistence through ambiguity and repeated iterations, often working independently on site while supported by product, engineering, and leadership. The position is based in Minnesota, involves about 75% travel to customer sites across the U.S., and may involve working in secure or classified spaces.
