About The Position

Hightouch is seeking its first Forward Deployed Marketer to serve as a critical link between its agentic platform and innovative brands. This role, reporting to the Solutions & Success organization, is a foundational, zero-to-one position. The individual will engage directly with performance marketing leaders, educating them on agentic marketing systems and guiding them through successful pilots. The role requires a blend of deep marketing expertise and sales acumen to manage complex buying processes and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Performance Marketing DNA: Deep, hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns. Understanding of metrics, pain points, and the day-to-day realities of a performance marketer.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong commercial instincts. Ability to build consensus, handle objections, and close deals, whether through formal sales experience or natural ability.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Proven experience working closely with creative teams and designers. Ability to brief creatives, evaluate assets, and tie creative performance back to marketing metrics.
  • A "Zero-to-One" Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity and is excited by building a new function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Curiosity: Eagerness to dive deep into AI-driven creative performance and the evolving landscape of agentic marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Peer: Engage with performance marketing teams at top-tier, innovative companies. Speak their language, understand their current attribution and campaign scaling challenges, and educate them on how agentic workflows can transform their operations.
  • Drive Deals & Pilots: Partner closely with the sales organization to navigate complex enterprise buying processes. Be instrumental in defining pilot success criteria and driving those pilots forward to closed-won deals.
  • Collaborate with Creative: Work hand-in-hand with Forward Deployed Creative Designers. Bridge the gap between performance data and creative execution, ensuring that AI-generated assets are optimized for conversion and pilot success.
  • Shape the Playbook: As the first person in this role, help design the go-to-market motion, define the educational frameworks for new customers, and feed critical market insights back to product and engineering teams.
