About The Position

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Armadin, you will embed with enterprise teams, deploy the company's agentic platform into their environments, and build solutions that meet their needs. You will support customers through deployment challenges, deliver fixes, and bring lessons from deployments back into the product to make future deployments more efficient.

The role owns the customer journey from pre-sales scoping through deployment and expansion. It includes building customer-specific integrations, workflows, and agent configurations; working with security, platform, and DevOps teams and CISOs to translate ambiguous requirements and compliance constraints into deployment plans; developing runbooks, automation, and self-service tooling; sharing field feedback with Engineering, Product, and Research; and leading upgrades, scaling, and incident support for critical deployments.

Requirements

• Experience as a forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, solutions engineer, or in a similar role, with a track record of owning customer outcomes in the field.
• Experience at a leading AI company or AI-native startup shipping LLM-powered products to real customers.
• Strong software fundamentals and hands-on cloud and deployment experience, including AWS, Terraform, containers, and networking.
• Experience deploying into customer-owned environments.
• A bias toward building working solutions and owning them through operational health.
• AI fluency and judgment in deciding when to configure, extend, or push a capability into the core platform.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

• Early-stage experience building deployment operations, playbooks, and tooling from scratch.
• Experience building Go, Python, or TypeScript services in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from pre-sales scoping through deployment and expansion.

• Lead upgrades, scaling, and incident support for critical deployments.
