About The Position

4MINDS is an enterprise AI fine-tuning platform that helps organizations build and operate private, domain-specific AI. Its platform learns continuously from live data and can be deployed on-premises or through a cloud provider. The company’s automated data pipeline and proprietary knowledge graph connect enterprise data sources, including Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, and Google. The Forward Deployed Engineer works at the intersection of engineering, AI, and live customer systems. This hands-on, field-facing role partners directly with enterprise clients to deploy, debug, and optimize the 4MINDS LLM training platform. The engineer writes code, diagnoses live issues, builds integrations, tunes models, and translates operational insights into product improvements. The position reports to the VP of Solutions Engineering. This is a remote position requiring travel to customer sites 50% of the time. The role includes access to local coworking space and references a modern Dallas office with standing desks and ergonomic equipment.
