About The Position

This role is for one of the first dedicated Agent Engineers at Parakeet, a company building a platform to handle all aspects of patient interaction beyond initial scheduling, with the patient at the center. The company is two years old, works with over 400 medical practices, has raised over $13M in VC funding, and experienced 10x ARR growth last year. The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) will be responsible for translating customer needs heard on calls into decisions and working prototypes, often within hours. The FDE will be instrumental in identifying and building the next set of features and capabilities for the platform, working closely with customers and the engineering team.
