About The Position

We are hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to take new clinics from sales handoff to fully operational AI deployment. This is: Deeply technical, Extremely client-facing, High ownership, Production-critical. A pre-seed AI startup building real-time AI agents for private practices and specialty clinics. The platform automates appointment booking, rescheduling, prior authorization, and other high-friction workflows. Unlike research labs or post-training AI companies, this is a live production product operating inside real clinics today. The company operates like a high-speed, bespoke deployment team — think Palantir-style forward engineering in healthcare.

Requirements

• Strong Python (core daily skill)
• Proven ability to ship production-ready code
• Production debugging fluency under live pressure
• Extreme high agency
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Top-tier engineering pedigree
• San Francisco-based or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

• Prior Forward Deployed Engineer experience (Palantir, Anthropic, etc.)
• Healthcare integration experience
• Cloud infrastructure depth
• Startup founder / founding engineer background
• Voice model, OCR, or computer-use agent exposure

Responsibilities

• Own deployment outcomes directly
• Debug live on customer calls
• Customize voice models, OCR systems, and agents
• Compress integration time to same-day go-live
• End-to-end clinic onboarding and deployment
• Workflow discovery and automation mapping
• Customization of AI agents (voice, OCR, computer-use)
• Live production debugging under pressure
• Weekly customer meetings during initial rollout
• Modular code shipping that reduces integration time
• Customer trust and clinical reliability
