About The Position

Doppel is building the future of social engineering defense with an AI-native platform that uses agentic AI to protect against phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other AI-powered threats across digital channels. The platform helps detect and dismantle attacker infrastructure while strengthening employee resilience through threat-informed training and simulation. Doppel unifies Digital Risk Protection, Human Risk Management, and Email Security, connecting threats into a real-time intelligence graph for faster disruption, smarter defense, and modern security awareness at scale. This role involves working directly with customers to solve complex problems and build solutions that become part of the Doppel platform, requiring a blend of strong software engineering skills, customer empathy, product intuition, and independent execution in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications (Python preferred).
  • Comfortable working directly with enterprise and non technical customers to solve technical problems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Product-minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer-facing applications, workflows, and product capabilities that solve real enterprise problems.
  • Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and internal teams.
  • Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that can evolve into core product functionality.
  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and drive successful deployments.
  • Build and maintain integrations with APIs, webhooks, identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot authentication and enterprise integration issues (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, etc.).
  • Own multiple customer projects simultaneously, coordinating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
  • Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.
  • Build internal tooling that accelerates onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation, dashboards, and best practices for customer deployments and integrations.
