About The Position

We're building Percy, an AI agent designed to automate and streamline end-to-end financial crime investigations for banks and fintech companies. Current manual review processes are overwhelmed by increasing transaction volumes and regulatory demands. Percy leverages AI to mimic the decision-making of human analysts, clearing false positives, escalating genuine risks, generating case narratives, and ensuring audit-ready documentation. By integrating with our proprietary identity platform, Percy resolves ambiguities at their source, reducing review workloads by over 70% and identifying fraud missed by human reviewers. We have experienced significant revenue growth and are backed by prominent investors, with a small, senior, and fast-shipping team.
