Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Experience building and shipping production software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-minded approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers
- A high ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI, LLMs, Python, AWS, or cloud infrastructure is a plus
- Previous startup or 0→1 product-building experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and operational bottlenecks
- Embed yourself within customer teams to identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that replace manual processes
- Turn customer problems into scalable product features used across the platform
- Own projects end-to-end, from problem discovery through deployment and iteration
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Help customers migrate from legacy systems to modern AI-driven workflows
- Shape product direction through real-world customer insights
