About The Position

This is a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA, 3 days per week in the office. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Success, Infrastructure, and Operations. The company builds an AI-powered Outage Intelligence Platform that helps large enterprises automate outage diagnosis, incident response, and operational decisions. This is a role for builders who will work at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations, solving real customer problems, building automation, improving internal systems, and helping scale a platform trusted by Fortune 500 organizations. The ideal candidate loves ownership, thrives in startup environments, and enjoys turning messy problems into solutions, making a meaningful impact. The company is growing quickly and needs an engineer who enjoys solving problems wherever they appear, takes ownership, and builds the solution.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of back-end software engineering experience.
  • Strong Python development experience is preferred.
  • Experience working within production systems and live customer environments.
  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and contribute independently.
  • Startup experience.
  • Experience building APIs, backend services, automation, or internal tooling.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy production-ready solutions inside the core platform.
  • Develop internal tools and automation that improve operations.
  • Support customer API integrations and onboarding efforts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to solve technical customer challenges.
  • Work directly with customers during implementation and technical discovery calls.
  • Improve onboarding processes.
  • Identify recurring problems and proactively build scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership on product improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, backend systems, and customer environments.
