About The Position

AI is changing what people can make, solve, and achieve. At GPC, we help businesses turn that possibility into a better way of working. We start with people. Their ambitions, their frustrations, and the workarounds they’ve learned to live with. Then we help them imagine what could be different and build something they can actually use. We train teams, help new habits take hold, deploy useful systems, and maintain them as the business evolves. We call the thinking behind this Applied Imagination: asking better questions, challenging assumptions, and making possibilities tangible. The ambition is to give people more room to think, create, and do meaningful work, with the confidence to keep improving it themselves. This role puts you inside that change. You’ll help clients see a possibility, try it, and make it part of how their company works tomorrow. At GPC, we're building a team of intrapreneurs to reimagine how people work. Our founders bring in clients. You'll become their primary day-to-day partner, owning the relationship and helping turn early possibilities into useful, lasting change. This role combines senior client judgment, hands-on making, and responsibility for retaining and growing the accounts you lead.

Requirements

  • You have strong client presence: you listen carefully, ask good questions, explain tradeoffs clearly, and can lead a difficult conversation.
  • You can show evidence of retaining and growing client relationships, including what you personally did and why it worked.
  • You're also a curious, hands-on tinkerer. Bring examples of useful things you've built with AI, what you learned by testing them, and how you handled their limitations.
  • We value taste, learning (and unlearning) speed, and systems understanding: knowing what is worth making, spotting a weak experience, and understanding how tools, data, processes, and people fit together.
  • You can work through ambiguity without waiting for a complete brief.
  • You know when to experiment, when to simplify, and when a production engineer needs to take the lead.
  • Production engineering is a separate responsibility; you own practical prototyping and the clarity needed for a strong handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery when the brief is unclear. Work with leaders and the people doing the work. Map workflows, find friction, understand the systems and constraints, and decide where an AI-enabled change could make a meaningful difference.
  • Build to learn. Personally create rapid prototypes using AI agents and tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. Be comfortable with vibe coding the art of possible. Test your assumptions with users, improve what works, and stop ideas that don't justify further effort.
  • Turn prototypes into clear delivery requirements. Explain the intended workflow, user needs, system dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria. Give our production engineers a useful starting point and stay involved as they turn a promising experiment into a reliable solution.
  • Keep delivery moving. Coordinate clients and teammates, make decisions visible, resolve ambiguity, and raise blockers early. Set realistic expectations and protect the team from uncontrolled scope.
  • Own adoption and value. Help people change how they work and build confidence with AI, especially when they feel skeptical or overwhelmed. Gather feedback and track whether the solution is actually useful. Stay accountable after the demo, through implementation and into ongoing use.
  • Retain and grow client relationships. Build trust through delivery. Recognize relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities, connect them to a real client need, and help shape the next engagement with leadership.
