About The Position

Adobe's Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization is undergoing a significant transformation, placing AI at the core of its operations. The Forward Deployed AI Engineer role is central to this reinvention. As part of the AI Strategy & Innovation (AISI) team, you will be embedded within the Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with LCM professionals, understand their workflows, and develop tools and automations that fundamentally change how they operate. This includes redesigning and transforming repeatable workflows such as briefs, intake, reviews, approvals, launches, reporting, and analytics. You will also contribute to the broader AISI team by sharing your work, integrating others' contributions, and helping to establish scalable best practices across GMI. The success of this role will be measured by the tangible improvements made to how marketers work.

  • 2+ years building and deploying AI applications.
  • Technical experience involving analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Expertise in AI development platforms and tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, agent frameworks, API integrations, Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other common language.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or agentic systems that change how real work gets done.
