About The Position

As a Formulation Technician I, you will play a vital role in synthesizing, testing, and delivering high-quality ion exchange media used in world-class chromatography consumables. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or lab settings
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP)
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with hand tools, lab equipment, and computer-based documentation
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use PPE as required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with chromatography software and basic chemistry knowledge
• Familiarity with spreadsheet/database software

Responsibilities

• Test resin products using specialized instruments to meet customer and production demands
• Accurately record, report, and document test results, ensuring traceability and compliance
• Complete production work-orders following established SOPs and corporate quality policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
• Participate in safety initiatives and uphold all safety requirements
• Handle and assemble products using standard lab hand tools
