Requirements
- Ability to use hand tools (i.e., pneumatic, wrenches, hammers, chisels)
- Ability to read calipers, scales, rulers and blueprints
- Understand thread sizes and diameters
- Read and interpret prints
- Basic computer aptitude with Excel
- Work fairly independently or under minimal supervision of the Team Lead
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience using overhead cranes a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare form fixtures
- Prepare bend fixtures/tooling
- Install, form, complete elements per mold
- Transfer completed formed elements to foundry/stock area
- Use of sandblaster
- Quality inspection with electrical equipment and devices
- May be assigned additional tasks as needed.
