I&M Machine and Fabrication Corp. is seeking a FORM (Press Brake) Operator to join our growing team in St. Joseph, Missouri. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Previous CNC press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to form metal parts according to blueprints and work orders.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production travelers.
Select the appropriate tooling and verify machine setup before production.
Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures and other inspection equipment.
Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor production issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
