About The Position

This is a hands-on mechanical role where you’ll be repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining forklifts and material handling equipment in our shop. Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is a leading provider of material handling solutions, serving customers across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia. We are an authorized dealer for The Raymond Corporation, a global leader in forklift and warehouse technology. We support our customers by keeping their equipment running — and that starts with strong technicians. As a Forklift Shop Technician, you’ll work in our Cincinnati shop repairing and maintaining forklift equipment.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical skills or experience
• Comfort working with tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of mechanical or technical experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Organized, dependable, and safety-minded

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read diagrams and schematics is a plus
• Automotive, diesel, industrial maintenance, small engine, or similar experience transfers very well to this role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Performing repairs on forklifts and rental equipment
• Completing work orders and documenting repairs
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with loading/unloading equipment as needed
• Supporting general shop and building maintenance
