About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator at its Columbus Hub. This position involves working directly on the sort, assisting in unloading materials using a sit-down forklift from incoming vehicles, and safely placing them in designated areas. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse setting
- Ability to stay on your feet while working
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklift machinery to load/unload trailers
- Scan, label and move packages as directed by management
- Work with the team to ensure timely and safe sort operations
