Forklift Opr PR06U / 1st Shift Shipping (C Crew) / Full Time Center Tx
About The Position
This position pays $18.95 per hour. The job involves retrieving palletized product from the scale packer line and moving it to the staging area of the shipping department. The forklift driver will retrieve palletized product from the scale packing lines and move them into the shipping department based on the loading schedule. If pallets are to be loaded directly onto a truck, the driver deposits them near the shipping docks, and a second driver loads them onto the truck. If pallets are not to be loaded immediately, the driver takes them to the holding area. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- At least six (6) months of Forklift Operator experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve palletized product from the scale packer line.
- Move palletized product to the staging area of the shipping department.
- Deposit pallets near the shipping docks if they are to be loaded directly onto a truck.
- Load pallets onto a truck if they are designated for direct loading.
- Take pallets to the holding area if they are not to be loaded immediately.
