About The Position

Mr. Greens is hiring dependable, motivated Forklift Operators for its night shift team. The role is based in a warehouse and involves receiving, staging, stacking, and organizing produce so morning deliveries leave on time and in good condition. Operators use an industrial reach truck forklift to move and organize pallets, handle and label products, maintain accurate inventory and records, and keep their work area and equipment clean. The warehouse may include cooler environments. The job is active and includes regular walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 50+ pounds. Requirements

At least 2 years of forklift experience.
Reliability and punctuality.
Attention to detail in handling, labeling, and recordkeeping.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
A strong safety mindset and a team-first attitude.
Ability to regularly walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and lift 50+ pounds.

Nice To Haves

Reach truck experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate an industrial reach truck forklift to move, stack, place, and organize pallets safely and efficiently.
Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products according to company procedures.
Weigh products and record weights and other data on product labels.
Monitor inventory and maintain accurate counts.
Log the movement of supplies, materials, and finished products.
Keep the work area and equipment clean by clearing empty pallets, wood, and plastic.
Follow company standards and applicable safety regulations to maintain a safe, positive work environment.
