About The Position

The Forklift Operator transports raw materials to production workstations and navigates throughout the plant, including populated and small areas. The role involves lifting, pulling, and pushing materials onto forks from elevated heights, as well as performing safety checks and assessments on products and materials. The operator collaborates with team members through clear communication, follows safety procedures, and wears required PPE. Day-to-day direction is provided by a supervisor. The position is listed for Northumberland, Pennsylvania, with a pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. The stated shift is 2:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m.

Requirements

• One year of forklift experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Ability to constantly get on and off the lift truck and manually lift, slide, or flip door skins.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
