About The Position
Temporary Positions are Available for the September to November 2026 Harvest Season. These positions are located at our Long Beach, WA facility. The company is a cooperative owned by 700 family farmers who grow cranberries. They focus on creating new and innovative products and value grower mindset, sustainable results, integrity, and inclusive teamwork. They are committed to ethical practices and building diverse teams.
Requirements
- Must be willing and available to work variable day shifts, and adhere to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
- May include lifting up to 30 (14Kg) pounds frequently.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale, experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Must be willing to work in a variety of positions in the facility.
- Lab Workers — Grade, sort, and weigh product.
- Box Builders — Assemble totes.
- Inspectors — Inspect and prepare totes for fruit.
- Operators — Binning Station — filling totes with fruit.
- Forklift Drivers- moving totes.
- General Laborers
