About The Position
Temporary Positions are Available for the September to November 2026 Harvest Season. These positions are located at our Long Beach, WA facility. The company is a cooperative owned by 700 family farmers who grow cranberries. Requirements
- Willing and available to work variable day shifts.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- May include lifting up to 30 (14Kg) pounds frequently.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Prior lab experience.
- Prior scale experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts for moving totes.
- Work in a variety of positions in the facility.
- Grade, sort, and weigh product (Lab Workers).
- Assemble totes (Box Builders).
- Inspect and prepare totes for fruit (Inspectors).
- Fill totes with fruit (Binning Station Operators).
- Adhere to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
- Keep accurate records.
