About The Position

As a Forklift Operator, you will stage, maintain, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse at our Henning facility, where we produce PAM cooking spray. You will join a team of approximately 200 associates and play an important role in supporting safe, efficient production operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Commitment to working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily forklift inspections and support the unloading and staging of raw materials.
• Prepare production runs by retrieving raw materials using the bar-coding system and creating accurate pallet tags.
• Move finished products to the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory placement through the bar-coding system.
• Verify shipment staging, bills of accuracy, lot codes, and product information.
• Maintain a clean work area to support food safety and OSHA requirements.
