About The Position

AmeriLux International is hiring a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator. This position involves safely and effectively loading and unloading materials, accurately receiving and putting away product, and stacking and inventorying product. The role requires the ability to move various types of product, including unpalletized items, and involves sitting on a forklift for 90% of the workday. The shift is Monday through Friday, with 8, 10, or 12-hour days, and includes a shift premium for 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Ability to sit on a forklift for 90% of the workday
• Move product two pallets high
• Safely stack product 4-5 high

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively load and unload materials weighing up to 1,500 lbs
• Accurately receive and put away product
• Safely stack and inventory product up to 4-5 skids high
• Move product stacked 2 pallets high
• Move unpalletized product without damage
• Sit on a forklift for 90% of the workday
