About The Position

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift or pallet jack to transport materials within the facility. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, organizing and sorting materials for storage and shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The position also requires adherence to Goodwill's mission and core values.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain required certifications for Forklift and Compactor.
• Ability to safely operate baler, pallet jack, pallet stacker and compactor.
• Ability to accurately weigh material.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push and pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to effectively and safely use standard office and light industrial equipment.

Responsibilities
